In 1976, California wines shocked the world when they triumphed over France’s most prestigious Burgundy and Bordeaux in the legendary blind tasting known as the Judgment of Paris. Fifty years later, we celebrate this defining moment with wines from Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and Chateau Montelena—the California icons whose historic victories helped put Napa Valley on the world wine map.
